Designing a CSR skilling project that actually reports well

Schedule VII compliance is table stakes. Boards want retention, income delta and verified beneficiary data.

Most CSR skilling proposals promise numbers trained. Few commit to income change six months later, and fewer still can evidence it.

We structure CSR projects around four reported metrics: candidates certified, candidates placed, three-month retention, and average monthly income before versus after.

Every figure is backed by MIS records, employer confirmation and candidate follow-up calls, so the CSR report survives audit.
